We currently have a call manager running version 4 and a 2811 gateway connected to an ISDN 30. Having problems working out how we get an engaged tone enabled once all the circuits are utilised
I would also like to know if there is a way of reserving channels on a gateway, for example if we have a temporary channel with a high level of noise. I may want to block this out till resolved.
Assistance would be appreciated.
