you probably wouldn't... if you were going to run that (which removes most of the Unity stuff from the directory) it would mean you're uninstalling Unity and you'd be much better off running the Uninstall application to get everything off and prep for a clean reinstall.
Frankly I'm not even sure why that DCS script still ships... it used to be used with the now-departed "reinstall" option offered by the Unity setup.
