Erase Phone network config remotly

I have an Ip phone installed in a remote site and i want to erase its network configuration.

I dont think you can do that, unless someone is there to help u out.

Can you delete the phone from CCM Web page.. and add again??

Do you mind I ask what exactly you want to accomplish here?
