Error during upgrade to 3.3

I am upgrading a 7825 CM from version 3.1.4(b) to 3.3.2 but I am keep on getting this error in the event log after I put in the new OS.

Could not start the MS DTC Transaction Manager

MSDTC Transaction Manager start failed. LogInit returned error 0x000101d

The distributed Transaction Coordinator service terminated with service-specific error 3221229584

Please help

Are you running any third party apps? Is so are the services stoped?

Apparently a faulty disk drive was to blame. When a new disk was use the problem stopped.
