You seem to be hitting the following bug:
CSCse46658: creating BAT template error message . Error No. Path not found
Problem
When the Bulk Administration Tool is used on the publisher, we are not able to
create a template. It gives an error that says:
Error no. task not found.
Solution
Please do the following workaround.
Go to Start->Programs->Administrative Tools-> Internet Services Manager
On the left, there should be default website, under your server name
Expand the default website and you should see a directory named "BAT". Right click on the BAT directory and go to properties Look at the bottom of the properties page, there should be "Application name:"
If you see a tab for create, please click on it and that should create the virtual directory.
Click OK and restart the IIS Admin Services. If the WWW fails retry starting it multiple times till it starts. Now try and access the BAT templates again.
