Error Invoking the JVM

On an IPCC Express system a desktop agent gets the error Unable to establish server session and in the log file the error is "error invoking jvm". I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the java engine multiple times with no success.

Any ideas?

Uninstall JDK before trying to instsll CAD.

Unfortunately I have no option to uninstall the programs as the user has totally toasted the installation. Does anyone know the registry keys to delete to remove the Cisco Desktop Agent?
