This means that ccm can't find a route pattern to match the callers number. Just curios, do you have more than 500 translation patterns pointing to a specific Gateway/Routelist? If you enable detailed tracing you can see where the call is trying to go. For instance you have a number set to go out of gateway 1 in your route pattern, but it is going out of gateway 2 or 3, sporadic?
You will also get this error if for some reason CCM can't reach the gateway address. I ran into this when a loopback interface accidentally was deleted on the gateway that h323 was previously pointed to.
thanks for the reply.There is currently just one TranslationPattern configured.This Pattern is pointing to the IVR. At the moment there are a lot of calls coming in, which are forwarded to the IVR. Could this cause this error message?
