Error messages in application log of event viewer.

Getting some strange messages in the application log. Seems to coincide with Unity performance slow down. Anyone seen this or have ideas?

Re: Error messages in application log of event viewer.

Seems that Unity is having problems getting the Media type of the message to play. Check the mailbox for the subscriber with the following details -

Subscriber Display Name : Voicemail GenMgr 124

Subscriber Alias : VStore 124

It is possible that there is message there that is not a format we understand. You can try and have them read their messages when not under load. The problem could be just the message sent.

You can get an invalid format in a voice message if someone uses the VMO to create a voice mail, but pastes a file in there which is a wave file, but whose format Unity cannot understand.

Re: Error messages in application log of event viewer.

In the examples I sent you, there is a reference to

Exception occurred and handled in File: h:\CommSvr\Sources\doh\SrcCache\AvDohPropertyManagerImpl.h

Is this trying to access something on the "h:"drive? I don't have an "h:" drive.

Re: Error messages in application log of event viewer.

no, it's got nothing to do with your local system - the H drive is the drive on the build machine where the code was compiled (i.e. the drive that points to the source file where the error was thrown).
