Error while using SendExecute

Hi,

I am using CCM version 6.0 and CUAE version 2.5, while using SendExecute i am getting a error <CiscoIPPhoneError Number="4"/>. can you please tell me why it is occurring.Has anyone else also faced this problem please help me its urgent.
