Errors in CCCM 4.1(3)sr2 installation

Hello,

In installation of 4.1(3)sr2 in 4.1(3) Cisco CallManager I have seen the following errors:

* InsertCDR.exe - Application Error: The instruction at "0x102cd707" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program. (IN PUBLISHER - INSTALLATION CONTINUES)

* DBAccess Failure: Attempt to access the database has failed. Collect c:\install\dbinstall\dbinstall00x.txt for diagnosis.(IN SUBSCRIBER - INSTALLATION STOP. LAUNCHING THE .EXE AGAIN, WORKING...)

Everything seems to be working properly, but customer is worried about the messages. Anybody has had the same problem?

I have seen the error on Subscriber. Works fine when you run the,exe again. I have not seen any problems with the telephony services. I have not seen the first error.
