eShare Conversation Server - Outbound capability with Call Manager
I read that eShare Conversation Server can manage automatic moving of agents between inbound and outbound campaigns. Does it also make outbound calls based on configured customer lists. If not what component or software does the actual dialing of outbound calls using call manager.(or ICM)
