Reason code.: -1932787613

IPAddress:

Cluster ID: CCM20827-Cluster

Node ID: 172.21.0.4

can anyone offer any insight, on whats causing this, or where to find out what the reason code actually means.

Re: event error- CTI application

Refresh the CCMSysUser password using the CCMPWDChanger

>From the Cisco CallManager,

1. Go to Start > Run; type CCMPWDChanger and press enter.

2. Enter DC Manager Password

3. Select CCMAdministrator for Userid and password.

Re: event error- CTI application

thanks for the replys.

fixed it, for some reason the DC Directory Server service, stopped on the existing sunscriber, who knows why?

Anyway restarting this fixed the problems.

thanks again

Re: event error- CTI application

If you notice DC directory service stopping, check Disk Space (treesize utility is your friend), and if its ok, and happen again open a TAC case with us to diagnose the problem.

Re: event error- CTI application

I have exact same event.

"Unable to open provider"

Reason code : 1932787616

The suggested soltion by Changing the CCMsysuser password does not solve the problem.

Any ideas?

Re: event error- CTI application

Hi John,

If this error is coming with SysUser then change the password of SysUser or if its coming with username:ac change the password to 12345 .... else most imp step there is acconfig.bat c:\program files\cisco\callmanager attendant\binfile change the password there set it to 12345.

let me know if that helps

Re: event error- CTI application

The event details show ac user.

As I understand you correctly....

I must change ac user password in CCM-interface.

AND

I should set 12345 as password for ac user in the acconfig.bat ???

If yes, where in the file (acconfig.bat) must I state the password?

Re: event error- CTI application

Did a password reset for the ac user, and all is working properly now.

Thanks all for the support!

Re: event error- CTI application

Hi,

Txs.Dont resolve. When i return the integration of AD to Call Manager LDAP everything works fine, so its seems to be a problem at AD structure that i cant find.

Only when we have the CCM integrated With Customer AD we begin to have the problems.

Any help ?

Best Regards

Re: event error- CTI application

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there was any solution to this problem. I'm having the exact same problem on CallManager. We have only noticed the problem since integrating with AD.

Re: event error- CTI application

In ADUC, open the CCMSysUser user profile and remove the entry of "CiscoPrivateUser" from the description field.

Then search for the user in CCMAdmin > Global Directory, and make sure that "Enable CTI Application Use" and "Enable CTI Super Provider" are checked.

Click on Extension Mobility and make sure that "Enable Authentication Proxy Rights" is checked.

Now go back to ADUC and paste the CiscoPrivateUser description on the CCMSysUser profile.

Restart IISAdmin service on CCM servers.

I had similar problem and this procedure resolved my issue.
