it's just a warning... could be something as simple as a user initiating a TRAP connection and then bailing out of VMO or the AA or the line wasn't answered or was busy etc... it just logs a warning because it's unusual not because it's a problem. This might be useful if you were troubleshooting a TRAP problem with a client (i.e. it ended up rigning the wrong phone due to a dial pattern rule or something).
