Event Notification

I'm trying to setup the Notification admin on a problem child 3.1.2 server. When I open an event and try to specify an address for notifications it comes back with the following error:<br><br>Error trying to find CsComponentsEx(??????????) in<br>file:e:.....<br><br>then....failed to initialize DOH pops up after clicking OK a few times.<br><br>No matter what event or what type of msg to modify.<br><br>Thoughts?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Rob<br>Special Order Systems<br><br><br>

Is the AvGaen service running in the SCM?

I also just stopped and restarted it. Same issue.
