In the event viewer on my publisher CallMgr, a warning regarding W3SVC keeps re-occuring. The source is W3SVC, event ID is 30, and the computer is the publisher. The description is: "The server was unable read the file C:\WINNT\help\iisHelp\common\404b.htm. The file does not exist." It goes on to say to contact Microsoft.
Has anyone seen this before, can explain it, or even know how to fix it?
Does the file actually exist? You may need to reinstall IIS to get 404b.htm in that folder or at least extract it from the setup cab. You can copy any html file into that directory and rename it 404b.htm just to see if that fixes the problem.
