Event Viewer warning: DCDirectory Server has been quiesced....

I got the following errors on a CallManager publisher. What does it mean, how bad is it? And, what can I do about it? There doesn't seem to be any other problems with the CM. This was recently upgraded to 3.3. There is a primary and secondary CM on the network (also upgraded). Where can I find explanations for CallManager enents in Event Viewer? EventID.net only has the Microsoft specific events, I need CallManager and Unity explanations.

I get the same event using CM3.2. Our backup starts at 2:00am... I see the even time on yours is same time. I am not exactly sure what this means either, but my guess it has to do with the backup... I don't think you have anything to be concerned over.
