Ex5.5 and ex2k

I have got a cusomer with AD installed and mailboxes reside in Ex5.5 servers. They installed the first ex2k and ADC to the current environment. I plan to install Unity 3.1x and point that to Ex2k....This would work...However the question is shortly after the Unity install they are planning to move the mailboxes from ex5.5 to the ex2k and go to native mode completely....Is there any thing we need to do at the Unity side for the last part of the migration.....

You can move the users from the Exchange 5.5 server(s) to the Exchange 2000 server(s) and Unity will still be able to "find" them.
