When I set up PollyCom IP 7936 in Communications manager I always get the message Example Administrator Account Unavaible when trying to reach the extension from our main number. I have checked all the calling search spaces, but is a user account needed for the phone to take calls from the main line?
Sounds like the call is getting sent to Unity. Check the route plan report under Call Routing > Route Plan Report. Search for the DN assigned to the phone and see if it is assigned elsewhere and possible forwarded to Unity.
