Can you tell me if there is any problem with my changing the Windows password on the Example admin account and the phone password. I see some messages are in the eadmin box and I want to see what they are. I want to set up an Outlook client to access these. I also want to be able to access this through a phone so I need to change the extension and add a phone password for the example admin subscriber. Let me know if there is a problem with me doing this. Thanks.

no, there's no problem with changing either the phone password and/or the NT password on the Example Administrator account. It's not used for anything external to the Unity database (i.e. it's not assigned to a service or anything of the like).
