EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Hi,

See the attached file which appears on the CallManager 4.1.3 desktop shortly after the CallManager Administration page disappears.

Any idea's?

When that happens? when you press Back in the IE?

It appears that these failures are related to a Java Virtual Machine failure.

Have you installed any application which use Java in your CCM ?

Yes, occasionally when you press 'back' the CallManager Administration page just disappears and the log file is written to the desktop. CM 4.1.3 uses Java for CM Administration pages. I have no other Java apps installed.
