Exchange 2000

Installing Unity in an Existing Exchange 2000 org with unified messaging. I have come to point where it is prompting me to select the location in which to create new mailboxes. All users already have mailboxes so why would i have to create new ones . I apologize if this is an obvious question. THX for any help

Re: Exchange 2000

thanks. I was just a little overconcerned that it would stsrt creating mailboxes for users who already had them. i see it just created the built in unity DL's and users.

Re: Exchange 2000

You need to select a folder for this to make the setup happy but you'll have an option in a later panel to decide if administrators are allowed to create new users via the SA or only import existing users. If you don't plan on doing anything other than importing existing Exchange mail users you can lock it down so the SA wont allow this.
