Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 site configuration

My customer first had a Exchange 5.5 Server on Windows NT. Then he installed Unity with Exchange 2000. He configured the two Exchange Servers into a single site. Now when he queries the directory using LDP on the E2K machine, he is unable to see users who existed earlier on E5.5. He confirmed he had run the Exchange Optimizer and ensured the information is replicated. Any clues what might be going wrong? Thanks.

Is there a specific issue that relates to Unity that the customer is trying to troubleshoot? If not you might want to check out the Microsoft forums:
