Expension Module with 7960 Phones

Hello Guys,

I have 7960 phones with Expansion Module but can't see the 14 lines in the CCM Administration Page. When I reboot the phone I see the buttons on the Expansion Module go red and back to the normal but it doesn't show in the CCM Administration page. Could someone please help?

In CCMAdmin go to Device --> Phone, search for the 7960 that you are using. Make sure that under 'Expansion Module Information' you have selected the 7914 14-Button Line Expansion Module.

Reset the phone to take the changes

That's exactly what is configured for the phones but it doesn't show the lines for the expansion module.

Have you checked that the button template you are using is set up properly for the 7960 and 7914. Have a look at the following doc;
