Experiencing Intermittent Echo

I have an mgcp 2651xm gateway configured in CCM3.3.3. There are times when I experience echo on the line, and times when I do not.

I have echo cancel enable on the voice-port. Can someone please provide some usefull information on how I can resolve this issue. Thanks
