There is the FullDbExport and FullDbImport utilities that allow you to get most Unity data (including subscriber information in it's entirety other than their passwords) and can import it back in to a 2.4.6 or a 3.x system (two versions of import, one for 2.4.6 and one for 3.x).
You can also use the Subscriber Information dump to get many subscriber properties, although greetings, voice names, delivery devices and the like are not included in this.
