I've had my ext mobility service stop working. When trying to log into a phone, I get the login/logout selection, but once I select the service, I get a host not found error. It first happened when I changed the max # of calls and busy trigger for a DN on a profile. I logged out the device profile and when I went to log back in I received the error. Now I can't get any of them to work.
Any suggestions?

Hi David,
Have you checked to see (from Sevicability>Control Centre>EM Serivce) to make sure that EM Service is running? Also, here is an excellent troubleshooting doc;

Delete your profiles and recreate them from scratch. When you change parameters, it can cause things to be buggy.
