Extension Mob

HI

Each time I select the extension mobility service from the phones I get

" Host not found"

I have check the service URL deleted and added it again, but get the same error. Using CM version 4.1

any ideas?

Hi

What is your URL - are you using a hostname or IP address? Try changing it to the servers IP address if you haven't done this already to rule out DNS altogether..

If using a hostname perhaps you haven't got a DNS server in your DHCP configuration or some other DNS error is occurring.

yep tried that and still get the same error message

Try restaring the EM service, as well as the Tomcat service.
