Extension mobility & AD problem

Hi

Active Directory (win2000, Native mode) is integrated with CCM 4.1(2)sr1 cluster.

Afer the change of user logon name is made on AD( John -> John1), user with new user logon name (John1) can`t login to the phone, message is "error 6".

Any help or some helpfull links....
