How will the EM work in a centralized cluster enviroment?
For example, contractor A usually use EM to work in remote site A and now he travels to site B. He logs on EM with the same profile he used in site A.However the route list/GW still pointing site A because his Call search space in the profile covers the partition uses the route list on site A.
Personally I think there is a work around, which is give him a second EX profile in site B.But this apparently is not flexible.
The CSS configured in the device profile is for the line. When the user makes the call, Call Manager is going to look into the CSS of the phone plus the CSS of the line (or device profile once the user is logged in). If the CSS of the phone has access to a Route Pattern pointing to a RL/GW in Central Site, then it will work.
