Can I use EM to help with a DR requirement?

I have a Pub and Sub in one office, and a second Sub in the DR office. If the Main office is hit by a bomb, can the users roll up to the DR office, and use EM to log into their normal extension, or will the fact that the Pub is down prevent this from happenning?

Hi,

Correct, when Pub is down there is no EM, and no admin changes at all...also no change in CallForward All...and no MWI...

We have a 3rd mirrored disk for disaster..offsite.., we can take a chassis in the DR office, and boot the pub mirror disk in it...just make sure your ip-subnet is now in your DR office (or use Mobile-IP)

Then restore from latest backup with BARS and off you go...

No. You would need the Publisher to be running for EM to work.
