Extension Mobility and ring tones

I have a customer complaining that when they login to extension mobility, the 24 ring tones that he has at his primary location are gone. They only have 3 different tones to select when they log in at the remote office. Is this the default behavior? Do the ring tones not get downloaded with from the TFTP as part of the phone load?

It depends on what kind of device profile is associated with that phone i believe.
