Is there anyway to force the Extension Mobility Service to authenticate users via Password as opposed to User Pin. We are intergrated into AD and a single login using the users AD passowrd would be preferred.

No, this is by design, unfortunately. However, an alternative option would be AXL script to insert the PIN as an active parameter in the IP phone service. This is more of a development customization and can get pretty UGLY, though.

Hi, another option would be to use a single sign-on application, like ALM from Spectra which logs in/out the phone when windows is logged on/off and saves the pin as part of their windows credentials.
