Extension Mobility - Busy tone?

Hi, i'm running CM 4.1(3) with Extension Mobility. When a user is in a logged out state, and someone internally rings his DN, they receive a busy tone. What i would ideally like is for a number unobtainable tone or similar to be played, as is the case when trying to ring the full DDI number externally.

When a user is logged out, the EM Device Profile is still in the CM dial plan. As long as the voicemail is setup on the device profile line then calls go to voicemail. So are you looking for it to do something other than go to the user's voicemail? If so you could send it to IPCC or Unity to play something. But if you do this you would be changing the CFB settings globally for that line whether the user was logged in or not.

Thanks Fred, however, no unity or ipcc is in use at present. Once we get unity, then that'll be fine, but i was looking to see if there was a workaround in the mean time..... without needing to set cfwdall.
