Extension mobility error 23

Hi frenz,

I have an issue with call manager extension mobility ..I am Using CCM Ver 4.1.3 SR2.

We have integrated the call manager with the active directory server .I have created device profiles and associated with the active directory users.

but when i am tryin to login i get the error login unsuccessful error 23.

but i can see and associate the users through the call manager user search .

it would be great if some one can help on this issue..

i appreaciate an early response from you experts..

Error 23 - User Does Not Exist: The userID that was entered for login does not exist in the system.

Did you create a device profile and did you associate this device profile with the user?

Hi,

Run the active directory plugin again ..it should work.
