Extension Mobility for CCM 3.3(3)

I am trying to find again the document for setting up the services Logout/Login for Extension Mobility for CCM 3.3(3).

All I keep finding is for when you had to have the CRA engine installed when using CCM 3.2.

I just need to know if you just need the parameters of UserID and UserPIN for the service parameter information and the URL of

http://ip_address_of_CCM/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#

No, you don't need any parameters. The service, when invoked, prompts the user for their username and password.

I thought so when I was reading it but I wanted to make sure because the last time I had to add the parameters inside the Phone Service. But the new document just has the URL path and that was it.
