I've Call manager 3.1 with extension Mobility enabled. It was working fine till now, made no changes but now when I select login, "host not found" error message is displayed for a few seconds and then "make aselection" is displayed. Have already rebooted the phones, pinged them from Call mangers, rebooted the call managers. Need help!!!
if you don't see this, you must look at your appadmin.
Or you have a DNS problem, is your service used with ipaddress?
or take a look in your DC directory administrator, cisco.com -> CCN -> systemprofile -> hotellingprofile. take a look at the properties, if there is a computername in the URL, change it into the ipaddress of your app-server.
You say you've not changed anything, have you performed an upgrade recently. This is the only thing I can tie it down to is that I upgraded from 3.12c to 3.13aSPD on thursday, then updated the JTAPI on Friday, now the engine shows started but none of the subsystems work.
