Extension mobility - How to log out?

I'm following these steps:

Step 1 From Cisco CallManager Administration, choose Feature > Cisco IP Phone Services.

Step 2 From the Cisco IP Phone Services list, choose Extension Mobility Service.

Step 3 Change the URL to the new service URL:

http://<IP Address of Extension Mobility>/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=

#DEVICENAME#

where IP Address of Extension Mobility specifies the IP Address of the Cisco CallManager where Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility is installed.

Step 4 From the Cisco IP Phone Services list, choose Logout Service.

Step 5 At the Service URL field, enter the new service URL:

http://<IP Address of Extension Mobility>/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=

#DEVICENAME#

where IP Address of Extension Mobility specifies the IP Address of the Cisco CallManager where Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility is installed.

I can sign in just fine but if I try to logout and press Services button nothing is listed there. Am I missing something?

Please note that in documentation the URL for sign in a logout is the same. Is that an error?

In Device Profile configuration, click Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services and subscribe each Device Profile to the Extension Mobility service.

have you subscirbed the device profile to the service?

Have you added the user with EM parameters, including device profile?

have you restarted tomcat service?

The logout service appeard after restarting Tomcat.

Thanks.
