Hi folks,
Following an IP address change and Publisher move to a Disaster recovery location last weekend, a few problems around extension mobility have appeared.
Everything looks OK, no errors in the logs and SQL repllication appears happy.
However when a user trys to log in to a phone the handset get stuck indicating login sucessful on the screen and at the bottom it says the handset is resetting. You have to do a reset on the phone to get rid of this and then the person tries again with the same issue on the same handset.
In addition when you force log out from the admin screen the phone does nothing.

Any ideas? I have done all the usual stuff around such as
restarting services
point the extension mobility service to the other CCM, checking DNS etc etc.
Any ideas please?
