Hi,
CCM Version 4.1.3. When a user tries to Log in to a phone configured for Extension Mobility, after entering User ID and Pin the phone displays 9. The Troubleshooting doc states that a problem exists with the LDAP and to check that a file called DirUser.jar is present. The file is present. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also what would the corrective action be If the file was not present.

a couple of things to look at:
1) First, try stop / start of your Tomcat services a couple of times. This can fix quirks with EM occasionally
2) IF that doesn't fix it, verify your settings again:
this is the URL that should be set up:

** make sure each user has the device profile associated and their phones subscribed to EM
3) Also, go to EM under IP Phone Services and just try Updating ALL subscriptions
4) If none of these works, I would just UNINSTALL the plugin, delete any device profiles you created and start over.
** remember, ALWAYS stop / start Tomcat LAST after ANY changes you make.....that is the key!

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestions. However I have tried all that you suggested and still have the same problem. Code 9 when a user tries to Login to Ext Mobility.
