Extension Mobility login/logoff service

Can someone point me to a document that described exaclty how to create the nessesary services for Extension Mobility? The documentation just has "Refer to 'Cisco IP Phone Configuration' in the Cisco CallManager Administration Guide for more information." without much more.

Thanks for the quick reply. Perhaps I'm just not getting this. Can you tell me what Cisco Customer Response Application Engine is and where I might find it? I don't see it defined on my CallManager's IIS as a virtual directory. Is it a seperate install?

Also note that on CCM v3.3, you no longer need the CRA installed as Extension Mobility is now built in to Call Manager.
