Extension Mobility Logout [6] Database Error

I am currently doing a CUCM 6.1 install with about 75 phones that will be installed with extension mobility.

Have a couple of test phones set up that will log in ok, but will not log out.

If I hit Services>Extension Mobility>logout *user*? and hit "yes", I get a message "[6] Database Error" on the phone.

I have tried restarting the CM and EM services on the pub and sub, have unsubscribed/subscribed EM on the phones and UDPs, and even rebooted the publisher, but it hasnt helped.

Took some logs from the publisher, using:

admin:file list activelog tomcat/logs/em/log4j/*

And got these lines from the logs:

2008-07-24 16:38:06,648 INFO [http-8080-Processor21] CMDatabase - CMDatabase:deviceLogout: execute function DeviceLogout ('6db01040-e4c4-42d9-b9c8-dff6b96d1b5f')

2008-07-24 16:38:06,656 ERROR [http-8080-Processor21] CMDatabase - ### SQL Error[-746] - 379

2008-07-24 16:38:06,657 ERROR [http-8080-Processor21] DBRequestor - 6:DeviceLogout: Couldn't submit login request to DBL: SEP002155045E3C : 379

2008-07-24 16:38:06,658 ERROR [http-8080-Processor21] EMServiceServlet - 6:Error# 6-LoginService: Dev: SEP002155045E3C- DB Request Error: Couldn't submit logout request to DBL: 379

Has anyone seen this before, or have any ideas what might be causing it?

Re: Extension Mobility Logout [6] Database Error

You should check the ADP (automated device profile) to make sure the logout profile on the phone isn't specified. If in doubt, use the dependency records on the user/phone to see what might be accessing the same records?

Re: Extension Mobility Logout [6] Database Error

Were the handsets added via BAT ? If so you might be hitting CSCsl40789 or CSCsj33055

Can't remember which, but I used this fix to get out of trouble:

run the following CLI and the value for ikdevice_defaultpreofile is empty

string instead of NULL (please replace the name SEPXXXXXXXX to be the proper

device name):

run sql select ikdevice_defaultprofile from device where name = 'SEPXXXXXXXX'

Re: Extension Mobility Logout [6] Database Error

Thanks, Turns out the problem was that I didnt have the logout profile subscribed to Ext Mobility. Once I had another pair of eyes go over the setup this was apparent.
