extension mobility logout

Hello,

I use extension mobility with IPphone 7940.

I can't log out some users.

I try via the services and via the webpage, I receive the message ' logout unsuccessful error 6' on the phone and this message on the webpage 'cannot insert device with invalid phone template '.

Some IPphone works and I see the different with ADP (auto generated device phone). When I can log out, the phone button template on the webpage ADP is not selected and when I can’t log out, the phone button template is selected on ‘standard 7960’.

That is a problem but I can't change this parameter. I am obligated to delete devices.

Someone has an idea.

Ensure that you have subscribed to Extension Mobility on both the IP Phone, and also on the device profile.

If you have only enabled the service on the default phone, you will consequently be unable to go back into the services when you've logged in under a different device profile.

The services is enable on both and it's more problem about ADP with phone template.
