Extension Mobility on 7970 phones

I'm having trouble getting EM to work on my 7970 phones. Are there any restrictions that I might not be aware of? I have CCM 3.3.3sr4a and have the latest phone load.

EM for the 7970 will not be supported until CCM 3.3(4).
