Extension Mobility Problem

Problem: When I login I get a message that says "Please sign on" with nothing else appearing on the screen. My choices are "update" or "exit." The phone never restarts.

We have the same problem with extension mobility. All ok on release 3.1.3, upgraded to 3.2 unable to login. If you perform a login for the phone via the loginservice page all ok and can logout no problem.

Have you managed to resolve your problem or received any advice.

I too had similar issues and it got resolved after modifying the PW on the app user set in DC Directory. Check it out
