extension mobility problem

hi,,

i have configured the extension mobility V. 2.2(5) on CCM 3.2 SPG.

the problem that i have is :

When i press service button ihave usually the window

- Authorization required !!!

Username :

Password :

so i haven't Login service that i have been configured on the iP Phone..
