Hi,
I have a Cisco Call Manager installation with two Call Managers 3.2(2c). In the Publisher I installed Extension Mobility, Extended Services (2.2), Every
time that I login or when I logout of the profile that I configured, the
IP Phone reset (you know, Configuring IP -> Configuring CM List -> Registering).
I would like to know if is there an option to avoid the
reset or at least reduce the time of the reinicialization of the IP Phone?,
this is because my customer does not like this behavior.

This is not normal behavior when logging into or out of EM.
This can happen if the CallManager list has names and instead of IP addresses and they are not resolvable by DNS. If this is the case verify that DNS is working or better yet, use the IP Address instead of hostname for the CallManager list.

Hi Kevin,
I did the changes in the names to the corresponding IP Addresses, but the
behavior is the same. What else do you think that could be the problem?
Thank you,

it could be one of the parameters its trying to get from tftp which doesn't exist. For instance, some locales you are able to set are not available . In c:\program files\cisco\tftppath there are folders for all available ones (i.e. if you set spain in the callmanager make sure the spain folder exists..)
