Extension Mobility + Services Button

I have configured Extension Mobility by following the Cisco CallManager Features and Services Guide but when I hit the services button on the 7970 I only get plain html text, is there something I have missed out that should have been enabled

Just tried the following whilst loggend onto my CCM

http://10.10.0.1/manager/list

You are not authorized to view this page

Not sure what this would happen, why is tomcat throw out this error
