Extension Mobility Setup

I am having problems getting Extension Mobility to work. I have had Call Manager up for a while with Unity also and now the boss wants users to log into phones. I followed the steps from the website (

but when i press services on the phone and login, it says unsuccessful.

On the troubleshooting Mobility document it says to check for a registry key (hkey_local_machine\software\cisco systems inc.\appusers\emapp

The EMApp part is not listed .

Then it says this means there is a problem with the installation. But what do i do to fix it? Reinstall Call manager? I would rather not do that. I am running 3.32 call manager.

I guess, you have set the multiple login as "not allowed". If this is the case, then when the user logs on the first time, it will be successful. But the second time onwards, it fails until you logout. With this feature, Extension Mobility supports only one login at a time on a device. Try to disable this and it should work.
