I have a customer currently running CRS / IPCC Express on a CM 3.2(2c) system.
They have standard agents, running agent desktop (not using XML login/logout)
The customer wants a complete extension mobility implementation now, including agent desks.
My question is, the agents profile is associated with the physical phone, which is acquired via TAPI at agent login time using the software client, if I install extension mobility, do we now associate them with the device profile?
Do the device profiles have to be in the RMUSER as well?
Can the agents "roam" desks?
I was told there was a document regarding running extension mobility in an IPCC Express call centre, but I have yet to find such a document.
