a user is logged into another phone they cannot log out under devices phones in the callmanager you cannot force a logout the ics7750 has been shut down and brought up same problem the callmanager is running 33.2 any suggestions

Do you see this message when logging out: "Logout Unsuccessfull. No user logged in"

If so then you may have selected the option "Select a User Device Profile" for the "Log Out Profile". If that device profile has a "Log In User" configured then you could run into this issue.
